Procedure for handling complaints in BU Prague NO. 1, a.s. according to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., as amended, on health services and conditions of their provision

The maximum effort and goal of all employees of BU Prague NO. 1, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as BUP) is a satisfied client. Nevertheless, if you are dissatisfied with the provision of any of our services, you can contact us with suggestions and complaints directly to the management of the company. 

Complaints must be made in writing and in the following form:

  1. In person at the reception of our offices
  2. Send by post to our office address or to the company's headquarters
  3. Send by electronic mail to: stiznosti@buprague.cz  
  4. Via data box - data box ID yrt289p

Every complaint must have its elements:

  1. Name, surname, address and contact details of the person making the complaint
  2. If the complainant is not also a client of BUP, then the nationality of the client. At the same time, the complainant must present the authorization to file this complaint (e.g. power of attorney, guardian's decision, etc.)
  3. Description of the facts giving rise to the complaint and, if known, identification of the persons against whom the complaint is made

All complaints are handled by the company's management and are governed by the company's internal regulations.

Any complaint submitted will be received by the company's management and the complainant will be informed of the receipt of the complaint within 5 working days at the latest, or the complainant will be asked to complete the complaint.

In the case of an anonymous complaint, no one will be informed.

A written report on the investigation and resolution of the complaint is delivered to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
the date of receipt of the complaint (or the date of receipt of the last supplement to the complaint at the request of the BUP). The date of receipt of the complaint shall be deemed to be the date of receipt of the complaint by the BUP. It may reasonably extend this time limit for an additional 30 days. The filing of the complaint shall not be prejudicial to the complainant or the patient.
